I love the passion that the Land Rover community has for the brand and their vehicles, it’s unlike anything else I have come across in the automotive world.

Personally, I love a 4-wheel drive vehicle although I do admit my current drive does have four rings on the bonnet but having just recently test driven the new Defender 110 which is remarkably refined and impressive, I just might be tempted to go for a Landy in the future.

Hobbies: Following Bath Rugby, collecting watches and playing the occasional round of golf!

Nancy manages strategic planning, implementation, and oversight of marketing activities to promote Exmoor Trims products or services to drive business growth. 

Hobbies: Photography, horse riding & walking with my lurcher.

Working with the sales team, production & marketing to ensure customers receive the best possible experience. Answering emails and phone calls, providing advice as well as technical support.

Hobbies: Motorsport is my main passion, with rallying at its core. If I’m not competing or marshalling, I’ll be in the workshop on the next project.

Working within the sales team assisting customers on a daily basis with any sales issue from Technical questions to Warranty issues via phone, telephone or face to face. Always striving to give the best possible experience from the customer. Working closely with the sales manager to make sure the sales team work seamlessly.

Hobbies: Spending time with my family (especially encouraging my eldest’s love of Land Rover),Playing Guitar in my spare time and periodically performing live.

In my day to day job I post all customer receipts to the purchase ledger, deal with any queries and keep the ledger tidy. I also reconcile the bank accounts and do credit controller for our credit customers.

I started working at Exmoor trim back in 2007 and have worked in different areas in the business. I currently work closely with John Clarke (Operations Director) and Tricia Doherty (Supply Chain Manager). Together as the production management team we work to insure efficient processing of customers’ orders through production, stores and despatch. We provide a safe, clean and happy working environment. I am always on hand to listen, help, advise and motivate the teams I manage when required.  

Hobbies:

Travel, Horology, Cycling, Art and Design.

Land Rover Defender 127" - 130" Ambulances.

Stock control by ensuring systems are followed throughout the business, Health & Safety and help to maintain the ERP System.

I joined Exmoor Trim back in March 2021 working in sales, which has given me a great insight to the world of Land Rovers new and not so new. In February 2022, I will be changing my role within the company and be working as the Purchasing Administrator as part of the supply chain team, this will involve stock control and the purchasing of every component the business needs to keep moving from nuts and bolts to canvas. As the business continues to grow the importance of having good key suppliers has never been greater and I am really looking forward to building on the good work that has already been achieved in this area.

Hobbies: Spending time with friends and family, along with improving my cooking skills.

My job role is quite varied.  My main role is overseeing the development of new products and looking at ways of refining and improving our current product range based on customer feedback and the needs of our production staff.

 A large part of my job involves overseeing our CNC manufacturing department. I do all the tooling design and machine programming for our billet aluminium products.  This is an area of the business that has grown significantly over the last few years, and we are working hard to increase the range and keep good stock of parts.

My day to day tasks include; adjusting existing patterns to fix an issue with the cover or hood, completing quality checks on products to ensure they are to company standard, developing new products.

Josh works in our CNC Production team, focusing on aqua-blasting, packing, and inspecting CNC machined parts to ensure they meet our quality standards.

He is also responsible for assembling finished products after anodising, ensuring they are finished to the high standard our customers expect.

Worked for Exmoor Trim for 5 ½ years. General role consists of running of sewing, quality control of all sewing, new product development sewing.

Hobbies: being with family, walking
